On the 13th of December I had the great pleasure to perform with my friends and colleagues Olivier Patey, clarinet and Martijn Willers, piano as Trio Légende in the Kleine Zaal of the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam. Unfortunately, no audience was allowed, but luckily it was recorded and broadcasted live on Radio 4 and video stream. On the same day we were also guests in the popular Dutch TV show Podium Witteman where we performed the last movement of Brahms Clarinettrio op. 114. This performance can be viewed on the Music page.
It is a very strange feeling as a musician to have gone through this period with hardly any performances in front of a live audience. You realise how important the connection and Dialogue between musician and audience really is. I sincerely hope that we can return to real live concerts as soon as possible but in the meantime I hope you enjoy these online performances. Thank you for watching!
